Poor infrastructure, male dominated industry, work place harassment for women employees, there were only 2 to 3 female employees including me, Office located in a very isolated and remote location with nothing nearby, the area(Taloja, Navi Mumbai, Raigad) is governed by some local gunda which was told to me 3 months after I joined the company. No training and development programs provided for employee career growth....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
