The Way Bosses motivate is so good. From the learning point of view here is a lot to gain as apart from the experts we have three bosses around us & i think no one better can really explain/teach you then these three persons. I just love to have a company with them. Whenever i felt that today i have done a lot of tasks, suddenly i think about Mr. Pankaj Surani, one of our Director & then realizes i did nothing, the time i felt that i have multiple skills, i saw my another Director, Mr. Vineet Sharma & then realizes, i have yet begun to develop my skills & the last but not the least, When i see Mr. Vinay Sharma, i actually remember the story of great businessman Mr. Dhirubhai Ambani. From the bottom to the top......... Not even surprising because all this happens just because of that one guy & a good company by the another one. Lot to say but i don't have that much of time.
