The Work life balance is great, along with that the job is semi-government, so it is more secure than any private job. Dur to a lot of monthly income being cut in prbf and cpf, the tax to be paid is very low.

Dislikes

The growth in terms of learning is less. Also, the promotions are based mainly on the no. of years of experience rather than your talent and hardwork.
