There are more directors than working level engineers, 95% of current workforce is from referral of some department leads as they created political party they want their "yes boss" Guys from previous organization that too they hire with 200% hike and better position. There is no respect to education and experience, HR team is for name sake, there is no policy, true practicener of hire and fire policy. There teams which has only directors. So their is no skillfull workforce nor subject matter expert to develop or test the product.
