Highly biased environment Few people from Design and Lab team(especially Leads) thinks they are genius(Actually not). No one is subject matter experts here. If management doesnt like, you will be thrown out of the job in fraction of seconds. Toxic culture. HR department is there for name sake. They just do hiring and firing. If you have investment plans, not right decision to join Ohmium.
