We get to learn a lot working at ohmium. The concept of green hydrogen and PEM electrolysers are novel and one joining ohmium for sure can learn new things. The Package is very attractive but beware that in itself is a trap. As time goes on you can't switch jobs easily as most companies can't match the package offered by Ohmium.

Dislikes

1. Job Security - You have to work under the constant fear of getting fired for no concrete reason. Your reporting manager can have you removed just like that for no reasons at all. The HR team doesn't exist at all and the only job they do constantly is hiring people only to be fired sooner or later. The Company doesn't care to create a positive work culture and justifies their actions by saying one thing and another. High time they learned that any US based company in India have been successful only by respecting the Indian value system - making the workers feel valuable and an integral part of the company. 2. Partiality - More preference is being given to the Malayalees. Learn Malayalam and you will get hike three times a year. 3. God Mentality - Incarnations of local village deities are hired as directors. Say one word against their ideas and they will poke you in your eyes.
