Its a great place to work if you are from the creative field. The work culture is one of the best in the industry. The management during the pandemic took all the possible efforts to keep the salaries intact. So if you are honest with your work then job security will never be a problem here.

Dislikes

Compensation is average, but growth is pretty decent. The work pressure is like every other ad agency, if you have been in one. Work-life balance will be a myth if you wish to pursue your career in advertising. You better tie a knot in your gut and accept this.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? Some teams are toxic. Don’t work for this CD called Mihir Chanchani. He has harassed quite a few people. He’s a control freak. Very bad attitude. Will steal ideas. Will Not let you present ideas even if you’re 5 minutes late. He forces people to follow his own timings. Zenobia ECD never comes to office. Has no interest in work. Encourages toxicity.
