Nothing I like about offshore as it is the worst company towards its employees

Dislikes

Company just recruits GET and they will not provide any training regarding job to do and they will use every engineer as a data entry operator. In every other company employees will rather get hike or salary will be maintained but in Offshore your salary will be deducted without any information regarding deduction and they can't even provide any explanation for the questions you ask about deductions. Salary will not be provided on time and regional partiality is more in Offshore. Company will terminate employees without any prior notice or without any information and you will not even get proper settlement or certificate after getting terminated. I have worked for 20 hours per day on the first month of my joining and I got admitted in hospital for 15days because of that work and no one took care of me from company side regarding my health and even my salary was deducted for that. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
