Not share proper details in starting days and without any information they are deduct 20% in our salary without any off. If you are late 30 min from office timing then they deduct 200/- and after 1 hour mark half day

bad environment, not supportive,no protocols working here is just like hell TL's are not supportive at all, we can't raise our voice against anybody as there is no management with no protocols. They don't give training before moving agent from one LOB to another and anytime anyday they used to change there process also can revise there target to achieve anyday.

It's a best place to work as a fresher they provide different jobs opportunity to people with different educational background their work is too easy no pressure easy data entry work I started my working career with this agency

I do not recommened anyone to join this organization if you want a good job where ypu can settle if you wanna work temporary that us okay because they are not giving you any leave only one week off on a week and if you want any leave you need to get permission and even after taking the permission your money will be deducted lots pf laugh about the leave system i have worked here only 5_6 i hope you all understand why...Read More
