Likes

I am working with oda class from past 1 and half year and continuing. From the start, oda class gave me a platform to present my skills and improvise them with help of knowledgeable colleagues. Addition to these, oda class also helped me by conducting few program like financial planning and health care camps.

Dislikes

I wish it could be hybrid rather to full time work form office. I also hope, there could be only 5 days working.

The coworkers are very supportive and encouraging, possibly cause the whole bunch is aware of the chaotic and unproductive work culture of the place.

Dislikes

It needs structuring. Proper leadership. More regulations to adhere to labour laws. Stronger human resources. A management that actually has experience in the field.

The work is very interesting if you get a hold of it. But the toxic competitive environment can very easily bench you if you are not able to show remarkable results to illogical standards.
