OCS is customer focused and goes beyond the mandate to keep customers satisfied. Leadership is supportive and decisions are made through discussions and mutual consensus.

I got to learn at a lot and the way ocs work is very good.

In OCS, people who don't seem to be doing much work are also not recognized properly, It is not necessary that working on the system is the only way to learn about the work, it could also be that the employee is working hard but his work is not being done properly, this is the only thing I don't like.

One of the worst company that I seen there is no management system there is no leaves like CL /PL ,if you have CL/PL leave but they can't give you leave in any how. Duty time not fixed . No promotion opportunity.
