The company is a just a manpower supplier, nothing more than that.. they dont pay you well and also they dont pay for travel, they have work bond for 4L for 2 years from the date of travel to first site, so you will end up serving for the for 3 years and salary is just 15K..

Work environment is good. Teammates are supportive and friendly. Work time is fixed 9-6. For a fresher this a good suit.

Dislikes

Salary is comparatively lesser and career growth is very much slower. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
