It's a service based company. Comapny paid even though, they don't have a project for initial few months. Later, they couldn't cope as they had finance crunch. Couldn't map us onto a different project. But it was a experiment I hope. We need self- motivation here and cordial people to work around

Dislikes

Nothing so much to dislike. Only problem I faced was about consistency in job security. This has dented company's good will. But, it's due to on going phenomenon that every other comapny is facing. Otherwise this company is much trust worthy until you deliver.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
