Their Chandigarh office is terrible & has got the worst management ever. If you are a hard working person, never consider applying here! The least eligible person will be at top in the heirarchy. Managers need to learn management skills! They are supposed to lead their team, but all they do is blame their team!! A minute mistake isa big issue here.. No appreciation for work, just highlighting the mistakes ALWAYS!! People here work according to the availability of their employees at U.S. So, no matter if its 10:00 PM in India, You'll have to attend the meetings because their U.S. staff is working!! The company gives you a variety of jobs and hence at no point you will feel that the job is monotonous. Atleast in India, the work environment is very friendly and the management is very approachable.

Dislikes

The compensation is decent, but the salary structure is not tax friendly. Also, because of the time difference with the head office in Houston, working hours usually extends.
