Worst of the worst company, egoistic boss, Blackmail the employees.

Dislikes

Fraud company, using current company they work on different project, take bad use of employees, once the project gets funding fire all employees, declare bankruptcy and create new company.

Teammates are really good The company had good appraisal until recent changes.

Dislikes

The company doesn't support good work life balance and does not provide any training. It has been overrun by politics recently which also affected the appraisal being given to people joining only as experienced and not to freshers.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. Worst Company for the career, Company and management made us to wait for the funding and made us to work day and night, but when company got funding The company fired all the employees. Worst of worst company.

They are firing all employees and not giving PF, no salary and asking for bond money as like ransomed.

Dislikes

Well company employees are good but the employer talk in a very rough language and never listen to anyone. No appreciation of your work.
