Likes

Environment and culture was good for working. Teammates were supportive. Our boss and management was transparent . Company policies was good, appraisals are fair. They give good salary hike. There was good environment for outdoor, indoor games and different club activities.

Lot of politics,salary was decent but carrier growth was slow

Work Details

The job was excellent at obra project hospital in all respect.I given anaesthesia in different disciplines for thirty two years and also manage pain clinic, Icu,general and ortho surgery.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
