1- There is no job security the founders will call u anytime saying that u don’t perform well pls leave 2- There is no culture in the organisation. 3- They never disburse salaries on time. 4- They expect you to work till 10 pm sitting in the office which is located in jungle 5- Founders have zero level of professionalism. 6- They just play the game of hiring and firing rebuild the team every quarter. 7- At the time of appraisal they will throw u stating that you don’t give results even if u work on Sundays and Saturdays Worst company to work.
