As of know there is nothing to dislike OBDE. I got everything best as per expectations.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning but they provided me their support. I learnt everything on the job.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

1. OBDE Company is hiring freshers but misguiding clients by presenting them as experienced professionals. 2. They are not paying employees on time. 3. OBDE operates as a third-party company with limited resources. 4. There is no proper team structure; a single person handles roles such as HR, recruiter, manager, and CEO. 5. Clients, like BHEL, believe employees are experienced, leading to unrealistic expectations and poor output. 6. Totally waste they are playing with our life if you work correctly for 2month they will get work from you and then they will remove because of your work is not satisfied.and for 2month they will not provide salary
