Likes

I worked in Oando Marketing Limited, a subsidiary of Oando Plc. The employees are very passionate result driven and determined/committed people. It is a great place for people in their prime youth age. Such much energy. Good to build up competence on the job. Job security is a tall call.

Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

This is supposed to be a multicultural work environment, however their is an evident preference for a particular tribe in career growth. Work life balance is a bit of a challenge due to the ever changing business objective of the Company executive management. A lot of what is preached is not what is practiced especially at top level leadership.

Work Details

Worked as HSE Personnel. Had a great time contributing my best to grow the business brand. Participated actively to achieved the ISO Standard certification on Integrated Management System comprising of EMS, QMS and OSHAS.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
