Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. I worked in Oando Marketing Limited, a subsidiary of Oando Plc. The employees are very passionate result driven and determined/committed people. It is a great place for people in their prime youth age. Such much energy. Good to build up competence on the job. Job security is a tall call.

Dislikes

This is supposed to be a multicultural work environment, however their is an evident preference for a particular tribe in career growth. Work life balance is a bit of a challenge due to the ever changing business objective of the Company executive management. A lot of what is preached is not what is practiced especially at top level leadership.
