• Lot of focus on training and development of teachers • Cooperative attitude of seniors and coworkers • Follows international teaching standards, which gives a good exposure to teachers in terms of developing their skills. • Good and respectful company culture. • Provides food and transport facilities, and benefits for faculty’s children.

I felt the work-life balance was a challenge, but that can be improved with experience and continuous skill development. The teaching staff is limited, and work pressure is high. Pay bands are not transparent, and the salary is solely based on your negotiation skills. If you join on contractual basis, you have to sign a bond of 1year. The job experience was good overall. I got to learn a lot in the one year i worked here. The company is really invested in the employee’s growth and development, and also the work culture is very respectful and value-based.
