As long as the team is headed by the present DAM, it will remain a cesspool of dirty, messy, and suffocating politics. At times, he does come off creepy and makes everyone around uncomfortable. That besides, the past principal was nice, she held the organization together. The current one again thrives on politics andhas built a network of spies within the organization. If you are on her good side, you can come late, slack off work, and all will be forgiven, if not- no matter how much you try, she will make sure to make the life extremely difficult for you.
