I can't speak for other departments but I was an integral part of MAC team at Oakridge Gachibowli. If you are planning to join it, a word of advice- PLEASE DON'T. As long as the team is headed by the present DAM, it will remain a cesspool of dirty, messy, and suffocating politics. Even if you are a top performer, they won't give a heed to you until you bbutter them. The entire organization thrives on buttering culture (ref, the way SLTs are treated in dining hall, no late/early restrictions for them, no wonder they will be treated differently in washrooms also)....Read More

The team is run by the whims and fancies of the current DAM. He doesn't have any adept managerial skills and has no boundaries at all. At times, he does come off creepy and makes everyone around uncomfortable. That besides, the past principal was nice, she held the organization together. The current one again thrives on politics andhas built a network of spies within the organization. If you are on her good side, you can come late, slack off work, and all will be forgiven, if not- no matter how much you try, she will make sure to make the life extremely difficult for you. The only pro was that i got to learn from HQ team and garnered my skills. The management is really cooperative ( The Principal and Coordinators are really helping and friendly). You have good opportunity for Professional Development at Oakridge. There are growth opportunities too. I work in the residential school and they have provided good accommodation to the teachers.

Too much interaction with parents. Other than this, I love working in Oakridge. Everything is great.
