Company follows a flat hierarchy. Learning Curve is great(Especially for freshers) Great Client portfolio. Excellent office culture.

Dislikes

Exit opportunity is poor(borderline worst) Salary is less compared to market standards. Have non compliance agreement with Competitive firms so you cannot join Competitive firms. Disconnect between Project leadership and reporting leadership leading to gaps during appraisal.

People are helpful. If you need help with understanding the product and its features, almost anyone you reach out to will help you. I never heard that o9 ever fired anyone. The company takes care of its employees... you get good hike and surprise gifts too.

Dislikes

You have to follow up with the HR multiple times in order to get things done. It's highly annoying. The organization is little unstructured. This is because the company has grown exponentially in a short span. So, you need to cope up with a few things. Employees who perform exceptionally and people who perform average work -- all get more or less the same percentage hike.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
