This company is not taking care of his employee, work environment was not good, no salary on time, some time we got our salary after 1 2 months, No appraisals. there is no job security.

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! The work environment was fantastic.

Working at O-Zone Networks provided me an awesome experience in learning new technologies, company's work environment was good, its culture were fabulous, since it is an IT environment where you cannot have job security and work life balance is very low as it is a 24 /7 job. you need to be more responsible or else you cannot work with perfection.
