The university offers a great work-life balance, and provides excellent amenities. There is tremendous scope for learning and growing, and engaging with colleagues who hail from different fields. The university's focus on fostering cross-field collaboration really works.

Dislikes

The built-up environment is terrible, as there is hardly any stakeholder consultation about what employees need before building workspaces for them. The administration's attitude about employees' concerns is really lackadaisical, and there is an absence of institutional processes regarding various issues. I am not entirely sure about the job security.

Work Details

Work from home is going really good. I am able to have that work - life balance at the comfort of my home. But it's too soon for me to comment anything else right now.
