Next level politics done by Regional manager who is recently promoted from Area manager, And his best Chaatu who promoted from SM to Area Manager *(Canteen ki daaru kaam aa Gai) , Sometimes I really feels why Falguni is unable to understand attrition hike reason. I mean he is in system from last 7 year without knowing anything promoted from Store manager to Cluster manager, *( Off-course he was driver of HO team who so ever visits Delhi NCR from Mumbai). senior management is absolutely weak!One person started thinking that I am the owner of the company. I will say something. The company will run like that. The employees will run it.Senior management did not know this. Why are they leaving Improve? At least ask them why are they leaving the job

Worst company to work for, no respect for the employees. Even after doing a business of Rs 800 cr in 8 days during sale the company gave vadapav as a token of appreciation and scolded the ones who had two. No job growth or stability and one of the worst payer in the industry. The brand is dying slowly. The average stint of a brand manager is 8 months only due to horrible work culture. The cluster manager sunny was the worst leader to work with..this guy doesn't know anything except shouting on store team. He has no guts to say wrong to the person who is wrong but keep buttering ladies of the store. He only needs women attention and hate boys. Promotes favourite girl who can't handle the problem.

The company is good overall, but the management of the operations audit department is not well-educated. They tend to favor people who have been with them since the beginning. The manager, (R P) lacks education and even struggles with drafting emails. They also mistreat team members, even during calls. There have been instances where they avoid interacting with senior management. If you are a favorite, then you don't need to worry, but if not, it's not a good situation. 1. No one will stop you from doing non-strategic extra work. 2. If spend over a year, for sure you will find 1/2 nice humans 3. Good for people who love gossip and politics 4. No strict rules, you can come into office at 11:30 if your manager is chill 5. You can feel smart since everyone around you is dumber than rocks (not joking)6. Work is creative and interesting. Few old employees (who have left) were good. Exposure is good, and u can get creative however there are people in line to steal credit. You get featured on social media so it looks shiny. Get to attend events and meet people which seems excited but is exhausting

Politics at its peak, please come in Only if u have thick skin. Women love their share of gossip,so you can very well become the topic. Appraisals are basis how well you can bootlick people in power. Promotions are a joke. There’s no HR’s help. HR hires people only when you take initiatives and there’s people leaving so quick because there’s hardly any structure
