If you get some good understanding colleagues who is willing help you to give KT , learn and grow then you can survive for a year.

Very toxic culture. Zero learning for any new recruits. The existing recruits who have been there from the start just not ready to give any KT or responsibility, instead dump all unnecessary works. Brainstorm ideas and represent it to the the top level like CISO CTO as their own idea and implementation work. It’s all jugaad they just do all hunky dory business to show off the management. Btw the entire management knows the play but they just want to utilise the resources to the core and fire them in the end for somebody’s else mistakes. Everything is fine except logistics and operations.

Dislikes

No HR in office,no HR policies,no HR interaction with employees specially for logistics and operations. Everything is managed by the Managers who deny for everything for leave for mediclaim for reimbursement..no SOPs no hierarchy.. entire logistics is running by like a lala company works, no work from home policy, strict timings.

On-roll staff behaviour and their etiquette is so bad,they should be polite and they don't know how to talking.Salary increases according to working experience is so less. Designation.With any designation promotion, there is no corresponding increase in salary.

senior management is absolutely weak!One person started thinking that I am the owner of the company. I will say something. The company will run like that. The employees will run it.Senior management did not know this. Why are they leaving Improve? At least ask them why are they leaving the job

Worst company to work for, no respect for the employees. Even after doing a business of Rs 800 cr in 8 days during sale the company gave vadapav as a token of appreciation and scolded the ones who had two. No job growth or stability and one of the worst payer in the industry. The brand is dying slowly. The average stint of a brand manager is 8 months only due to horrible work culture. The cluster manager sunny was the worst leader to work with..this guy doesn't know anything except shouting on store team. He has no guts to say wrong to the person who is wrong but keep buttering ladies of the store. He only needs women attention and hate boys. Promotes favourite girl who can't handle the problem.

The team seniors were good rest was good my logistics sir Sumit sir and Sachin sir were helpful n jagrati ma'am and monoj sir .helpful . But the work timing was bit issue and the partiality of the team leader was not good she used to torture ms sadiya
