Too much stress for business,Area/ops manager calling and pressurizing entire day,if the day target is not achieved then ur Area manager will ask u the reason at night and won’t let u sleep seems u have done a crime. Worst company to work for, no respect for the employees. Even after doing a business of Rs 800 cr in 8 days during sale the company gave vadapav as a token of appreciation and scolded the ones who had two. No job growth or stability and one of the worst payer in the industry. The brand is dying slowly. The average stint of a brand manager is 8 months only due to horrible work culture. He has no guts to say wrong to the person who is wrong but keep buttering ladies of the store. He only needs women attention and hate boys. Promotes favourite girl who can't handle the problem.

The company is good overall, but the management of the operations audit department is not well-educated. They tend to favor people who have been with them since the beginning. The manager, (R P) lacks education and even struggles with drafting emails. They also mistreat team members, even during calls. There have been instances where they avoid interacting with senior management. If you are a favorite, then you don't need to worry, but if not, it's not a good situation.
