The cluster manager sunny was the worst leader to work with..this guy doesn't know anything except shouting on store team. He has no guts to say wrong to the person who is wrong but keep buttering ladies of the store. He only needs women attention and hate boys. Promotes favourite girl who can't handle the problem.

HR and senior management is disaster. And also company doesn't promote their own employees. Lot of paperwork. Lot of sale pressure now. And unnecessary g docs n al. No one will solve the issue. Everyone is busy in their own. Everyone brings their new rules and regulations. Earlier Nykaa was the best company but not now...

There is a lot of policies and the manager mentioned doesn’t address our issues. Sarath is decent but career growth is slow. Hr is the most worst people in nykaa

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I struggled abit in the beginning as there was lots of things to learn. I learnt everything on the job I got a change that help me get a taste of different roles within same team.
