No work culture..it seem that a group or friend and family is running the company and all others are seem as outsiders. Joined as business consultant..but only job was to create whatsapp groups for students by making false promises.and then they pushed to work in sales once that was done.no proper segregation of departments. Here you will get to learn good amount of skill. Your team handling will improve, work culture is good not toxic.

Dislikes

Policies are company centric. Salary buckets too low, upraisal hardly 5-7% every year if you perform good. Incentive policies frequently change so that you can earn less incentive and company should make more. Opportunity based on company profit not individual performance based. If you work better you will get more work. If you perform well you will get leaves easily.

6 working days in a week and 10 hours per day is very hectic. They should atleast give Saturday and Sunday weekoffs. You can't do anything as all Government offices and other things will be closed on Sunday and working hours are 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. So, you need to take leave for everything. Work life balance is not even an option

Company will be wonderful if you are growth oriented person, else it will be difficult. I joined as a BDM and now within 3 years I got promoted 4 times BDA to Sr. BDA, Sr. BDA to Team Lead, Team Lead to BDM, BDM to ASM.

There is a lot of scope to learn new things work on other things which adds extra skills on to your job role. We get lots of work satisfaction and company don't have that rude or micro managing culture. Everyone is open to help & open to let you grow and serve in different roles to the company.

The work life balance is a bit tight. Though it is expected that it is common in startups. It upto individual who survives with the work life balance. And the salary that we can't expect as similar to mid cap companies even, as Nxtwave was a budding startup with just 4 - 5 years of market.
