I'll share my one-month experience with you all. After you get selected and after all the induction sessions. 1. You'll have your training where the Manager will teach you and show you a video about motivation/life/management/apps in which you have to work. - During this phase, you'll be treated as a god. Your queries will be considered they'll ask your feedback every day and you'll feel as if this is the best company and you did a great job. 2. Then there'll be mock calls/practice sessions where they'll give an idea of what needs to be done. 3. AFTER all these you'll see the real side. - When you start calling, the narrative provided won't work. They would want you to change/use manipulation and malpractices and would put it on you, asking why you did so. - Every day your targets will keep on increasing. - You won't have any personal life apart from sitting and calling. - They won't pressurize you actively but there is a lot of passive pressure building. Company will be wonderful if you are growth oriented person, else it will be difficult. I joined as a BDM and now within 3 years I got promoted 4 times BDA to Sr. BDA, Sr. BDA to Team Lead, Team Lead to BDM, BDM to ASM.

There is a lot of scope to learn new things work on other things which adds extra skills on to your job role. We get lots of work satisfaction and company don't have that rude or micro managing culture. Everyone is open to help & open to let you grow and serve in different roles to the company.

The work life balance is a bit tight. Though it is expected that it is common in startups. It upto individual who survives with the work life balance. And the salary that we can't expect as similar to mid cap companies even, as Nxtwave was a budding startup with just 4 - 5 years of market.
