Employees are cordial and cooperative. Physical environment is clean and big. Peolpe work professionally and knows the business well.

As an expat, you do not get trainaing and job security as the local Saudis have. Your salary and position will be upgraded depending on your skills and contribution to the organization. You can participate on the management and contribute your good ideas that you think is best for the department going forward.
