Went for the interview for the post of Equity Research Analyst. They give me the 30 MCQ test, which was only 10 mins and not even particular to that field. Some were basic and out of job profile. Then too I took the test. Was shocked that I wasn't qualified for the interview as I didn't meet the required criteria for passing the test. In this field, most of the people ask for financial models or reports. They just took the test and didn't have a courtesy to conduct an interview or ask for the models. They don't know the meaning of equity research analyst... It was such a waste of time and money. Never ever go to these type of firms for interview....Read More

It was a great start to my career. I learned so many new things like how to talk to clients, how to close a deal,etc. Even the employees very helpful and friendly.

There was lot of pressure in the first half of the day on all the employees and even on the bosses.
