...have only 1 toilet for 30 40 staff. Worst politics the owner lady is very cruel. They give salary on 15th in every month with cheque. Don't join this company this will destroy your career. They will call you for work even national holiday. Worst worst worst

Absolutely nothing. The only good thing about working here is you get to leave at 6 sharp

Management doesn't care about the employees, pay is very low, the work that they have you do can be done by people who haven't even gone through college.

Nothing. Went for the interview and waste of time. Don't work here.

Went for the interview for the post of Equity Research Analyst. They give me the 30 MCQ test, which was only 10 mins and not even particular to that field. Some were basic and out of job profile. Then too I took the test. Was shocked that I wasn't qualified for the interview as I didn't meet the required criteria for passing the test. In this field, most of the people ask for financial models or reports. They just took the test and didn't have a courtesy to conduct an interview or ask for the models. They don't know the meaning of equity research analyst... It was such a waste of time and money. Never ever go to these type of firms for interview.
