1. Toxic work culture - poor leader ship, lack of respect, office politics and micromanagement 2. Lack of growth and opportunities - No career advancement or learning opportunities 3. Work life balance - excessive work loads, 4. Weak leader ship and management - In competent manager. Nearly I worked 3 years in this company, literally I spoiled my career. Some Managers and Hod's will come for only commissions not for work. No leader ship skills, No team work, entire company name spoiled because of one Toxic HOD (Mr. Manju) Overall company infrastructure is good, Koreans are good, Indian management is worst.
