Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Nothing to mention but training is almost on the job training, career growth is fantastic if you are a performer and truly think about business contribution and do improvements. Work environment is friendly as senior management is easily approachable. Some times ops get delayed beyond office timing but that is expected.
