1. Very poor work culture 2. No proper role divided within people and designation. 3.TLs are too much dominanting don't know how to talk and behave with someone 4. Too much office politics 5. Very negative environment 6. No respect of employee 7. No respect for employees personal life 8. No boundaries set, people don't know how to behave personaly 9. So much learn about diet and nutrition, get to deal with every type of patient. Manpreet ma'am was so nice loving and understanding.

Work environment of the company. No matter how deserving you are you will get appraisal an appreciation only if you are showing you are working more. So work less and show more
