Great office. Good food. Good package for freshers only.

Internal politics during promotion and appraisal. Many less experienced folks have got way higher packages than more experienced folks. No year-end bonus. No team parties, or outings. Peoples are introverts they don't celebrate their success with anyone. You'll get salary and stocks only, nothing else to expect. No mentoring is given to new joiners, have to do everything on your own. Projects are given without checking experience background, also no monitoring is done. A team has more features than the number of people in that team. Doesn't hire candidate, and keep a minimum of candidate per team hence it increases the workload. My work-life balance totally sucks. Some people are bit arrogant. There is a lot of dependencies to do day to day job. Colleagues are not so fun to work with, so you might get bored after a while. Leave policy could be better.
