Now every employee is in panic mode in nurture farm earlier It was good for employee but recent days company condition not good zero job security. Company directly fired their employees with out any notice.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Good
Promotions - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

No more job security anymore. Company is in loss now days. Initially it was good but unfortunately they were facing issues with investors due to that lay off happened. In single day they have fire around 40% people from the company. In a single they have fired many people. Now company and employee is in uncertainty mode. They don't what we they are going to achieve.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
