Working with Nunhems was great experience, during Covid 19 staff were allowed to work from home and there was no salary cut despite other companies were struggling.

Carrier growth is very slow after some time with company. They have flat structure thus Limited growth.

Nunhems is a company with a very warm culture and company that provides equal opportunities. Employee willing to perform and work towards objectives definately can grow very much in the company. Local HR are very good at implementing the processes and also supporting and guiding to understand them but they miss the connect with the employees.
