Work culture at Numero Uno is good, you get good work life balance here. Also most of the coworkers are good and very helpful. You have fun working here.

Dislikes

Absolutely no growth here, they don't promote you for years. Almost everyone is underpaid. Also they don't do appraisals on annual basis. And there is no job security here they have laid of many employees during first COVID lockdown. Management is very poor they don't address any issues. They are very particular about timings, you have to complete 9 hours everyday no matter what. Also they don't provide any kind of facilities to employees....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
