I did not like the UK shift timing there. They said you could adjust, but how cud that be done when your entire team works UK timing. Colleagues were rude and extremely unhelpful. Management wants u to work on managerial role as well as team player role. No proper process followed. Bi weekly new process comes up. Extremely un organized. No permanent seating.

CEO is good and has a vision for the company unfortunately he does not have genuine talent to promote the same work culture is good not much work pressure

Favouritism only top 2 to 3 people make the decisions like mercy and Eric which is very sad as there is goondaraj kind of work culture

CEO has a great vision and backs technology. Pay and hikes are better than average.

Its a small company with limited people hence it gives a lot of learning opportunities & fairly good chance to grow.

Dislikes

There are absolutely no process for anything.Everything & anything can change at any point of time.One day you will be aaled to do a said thing & the next day the entire process will get eliminated.
