1) Very good Technical competency in management especially MD. 2) Management wants improvement in the system and procedure including use of softwares in day to day working 3) Employees are very cooperative and disciplined 4) Many opportunities to travel abroad on business tours/deputation

Dislikes

1) Signing of LOI before getting joining letter with three months salary compensation in case of not joining. 2) 3 month's notice period to be necessarily served in case of separation. 3) CCTV covering all work stations for surveillance on employees by the management 4) Group of old employees (10-12 years in company) discouraging improvement in system and procedure. They do a lot of politics for their supremacy and survival 5) Annual appraisal is not timely and is not system based 6) Negative attitude of HR in implementation of written policies pertaining to employees welfare 7) Delay in payment of monthly salaries by 1-2 weeks 9) Lack of realistic planning manpower vs deliverables for project execution...Read More
