No growth, No salary hike for eligible workers. Incharge gets nice hike, and the sincere subordinates gets no benefits. Its a hell task to get relieving letter at the end. They take your previous month salary.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
