I've been with this company with the start of my career it's been more than 5 years and i tried to share my honest opinion. If you are thinking to start your career with NTT then please save your career. Career growth within the company is alarmingly stagnant. Despite my dedication and hard work, opportunities for advancement were consistently elusive. Moreover, the salary increment policy seemed arbitrary and lacking transparency. Efforts to discuss and negotiate a fair compensation package were met with resistance, creating an environment that does not value the contributions of its employees. The most disheartening aspect was the evident gender bias. It was disconcerting to witness the preferential treatment given to female employees, irrespective of their skills or performance. Career growth are decided on how very well you're connected with manager the whole IT operations within this company is working on brotherhood, I can guarantee you more than 80% employees within the domain are skillless. They got the job just because they know the manager of the domain and even getting over paid compared to skilled employee.
