HR Policies: Not Employee Friendly 90 days Notice Period for all grades of Employees (that covers lowest level employee also) - they say you have an option to buyout, but they never agree for lesser number. The bad thing was, the change from 60 to 90 days Notice Period was done by giving only 1 day notice to all employees.
