I liked nothing about this company. Worst culture, unethical, Senior management have ruined this company image by their inaction and noncompetency.

Dislikes

NDFS don't care about their employees. There are 3 senior management who runs this company and you will laugh on their knowledge sometimes. They are very conservative people and will not allow the project team to take their own decisions. Most of the time micro management and that too not for the relevant point. If you are from Tamil Nadu, this company may be a great place for you. They fool customers and 90% of their projects fails. If I go on I can write an essay on how worst this company is. I feel BAD that they are spoiling NTT Data BRAND NAME....Read More
