The company is way to good for any freshers, they help you to with there trainings and motivates you to step up to learn teachmology. They provide various learning platforms as well. You don't have to think about job security over here you can easily trust this company for that, unless and until you have done something really wrong.Work culture is good , some or the other activity goes on in office management is OK I can say.
