There's nothing like about working in Centilytics. It's one of the worst company to be in. Poor management , company ceo doesn't have experience.

Dislikes

I have worked in demand generation department. The manger is so unethical, unprofessional. He talks all about world except work. If you join his team & if you are a guy. Then for sure you gonna get fired within few months.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
